- Quiz responses — menopause stage, symptoms, age range, weight loss goal, health conditions, dietary restrictions, food allergies, food preferences, cuisine preferences, household size, cooking skill, budget, activity level
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do NOT store credit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes on our servers
- Website usage data — via cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics)
Why We Collect It
- Quiz data: to generate a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your specific needs
- Email: to deliver your plan, send order confirmations, and provide customer support
- Payment data: to process the one-time purchase (handled entirely by Stripe)
- Analytics: to improve the website experience and measure advertising performance
How We Handle Your Health Data
We collect health-related information (menopause stage, symptoms, health conditions, dietary restrictions, allergies) solely to personalize your nutrition plan.
This health data is transmitted to our AI technology partner (Anthropic) exclusively for the purpose of generating your personalized plan. This data is used only during the plan generation session and is subject to Anthropic's data usage policies.
Health data is NOT sold to, shared with, or disclosed to any third party for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than plan generation.
Health data is NOT used for advertising targeting.
We do not sell personal data of any kind to any third party.
Third-Party Services We Use
- Stripe (payment processing) — processes and stores payment information securely. Privacy policy
- Anthropic Claude API (AI plan generation) — receives quiz responses including health data solely to generate your personalized plan. Privacy policy
- Vercel (website hosting) — hosts the website infrastructure
- Meta Pixel (advertising analytics) — tracks page views and conversion events (e.g., purchase completed). Does NOT receive health data, quiz answers, or personal health information
- Google Analytics (website analytics) — tracks general website usage patterns. Does NOT receive health data or quiz answers
- Resend (email delivery) — delivers transactional emails (plan delivery, order confirmation)
Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on encrypted servers with industry-standard security measures.
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
